On custom jobs, up to 25% of each job is nonrefundable. This fee includes all clerial, sales, and design costs that we have incurred. Each job is different, so the refund will be based on the amount of work that has gone into the job at the time of the refund request.
All stock items purchased are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Receipt must be provided along with original packaging and the item must be in new condition. All refunds will be in the form of a check or credit card depending on the form of the payment.
